Ordering Process
Orders open weekly on Sunday evenings and close Tuesday at 8pm unless I reach capacity for preorders prior to that. Pre-order pickup is on Fridays from 5-8pm in the Bread Shed. If this pickup window does not work for you, please let me know and we will work out alternate arrangements!
I will contact you via email (I try to do these by Wednesday night!) to confirm your order preceding Friday pickup . Please hold payment until your order has been confirmed, to ensure I will have enough to fulfill your order. Orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.
The pre-order menu varies a bit from week to week but generally has the same “staples” and 1-2 weekly or seasonal specials. I bake up extras of my pre-order menu items and offer more specialty items at pickup that are all first come first served. These are generally things I can’t make in quite as much bulk as the pre-order menu, like scones, muffins and more! There are limited quantities available of all items so be sure to place your order early to reserve those weekly staples!
